A leading InsurTech company is developing the world’s largest Insurance Exchange, connecting dozens of U.S. insurance carriers with agencies through an intelligent SaaS platform. The company drives real innovation in the digital insurance space.

Located in the city center with convenient train access, the team includes around 100 employees in Israel and over 1,000 globally, offering true work-life balance with three remote workdays per week.

Role overview -

• Help build a high-impact group responsible for driving the company’s AI initiatives.
• Work within the AI & Data Analytics team to develop Data Science solutions deployed in production.
• Solutions inform strategic business decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities include-

• Model research and statistical analysis
• Predictive modeling
• NLP and GenAI solutions
• Pipeline development and feature engineering
• Cloud model deployment
• Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams on data-driven solutions
• Key technologies and areas: Python, SQL, ML, GenAI, NLP, LLMs, Spark, AWS, RAG, Reinforcement Learning, Behavioral Economics, Streaming, Model Risk Management, Foundation Models, Statistical Modeling, Anomaly Detection, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Causal Inference, Time Series, Chatbots, and more

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field – required
• At least 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning – required
• Proven experience deploying models in production – required
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML/DS libraries – required
• Experience with NLP development or working with LLMs – a plus
• Experience with tools such as Spark, Hadoop, AWS – a plus
