AI Engineer

A young Security Enterprise startup is building an innovative AI platform in the Identity & Access Management space, leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, and Generative AI to manage access for organizations across Cloud environments and applications.

Based in Tel Aviv (near train line) with a team of around 14 employees, the company was founded six months ago by two former senior government officials with extensive experience in development and cybersecurity.

The company has raised $8M to date, led by a major U.S. venture fund.

The role involves leading the company’s AI initiatives as part of the founding team, working closely with the VP.

Responsibilities include:

• Development of Agentic AI and LLM solutions
• Building Python-based systems and integrating advanced frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Implementing RAG and multi-agent orchestration in production
• Designing evaluation frameworks for LLM performance, monitoring drift, and auto-tuning
• Deploying tailored AI solutions addressing security challenges
• Key technologies and areas: Python, LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, MCP, Multi-agent Orchestration, Cloud, Identity Management, Security, AI Evaluation, Drift Detection, Auto-tuning

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• One year of experience in AI/ML – required
• 5+ years of development experience – required
• Strong proficiency in Python – required
