Senior full stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

•Architect, build, and maintain a robust React and .NET Core-based management console

•Develop reusable UI components in React and TypeScript based on design system guidelines

•Build and maintain backend services and APIs in .NET Core

•Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions

•Lead refactoring initiatives and drive software quality improvements

•Conduct code reviews, write tests, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines

•Ensure security-first design principles and contribute to threat modeling

•Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

•5+ years of professional experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core

3+ years of experience building React-based web applications in production environments

•Strong grasp of web application architecture and scalable API design

•Experience with secure development practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)

•Responsive design and accessibility best practices

•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments

•Proficiency in multithreading, performance tuning, and system scalability

•Strong communication and teamwork skills
