Responsibilities

As Head of AI Engineering, you’ll spearhead the scaling of SeeTree’s platform, supporting a fast-growing global clientele while ensuring excellence at every step. You will:

●     Shape the AI and technological roadmap and influence product direction by introducing new technologies

●     Drive team execution with clear plans and daily leadership

●     Lead by example through hands-on delivery.

●     Build POCs with cutting-edge tech to unlock new value and scale

●     Partner with the founding team on strategic growth and sales

Skills & Qualifications:

Key Skills

We’re looking for an experienced engineering leader with a strong foundation in data science and computer vision:

●     B.Sc. in Computer Science, EE, or equivalent

●     +7 years in software engineering with proven team leadership

●     Agentic AI Savvy

●     Proficient in Python, Cloud, ETLs, and automation

●     Hands-on in data science and computer vision with real deliverables

●     Experienced in training and deploying AI models to production

●     Passionate about Generative AI tools

●     Strong communicator in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Advantages

Practical experience with:

●      GIS, Mapping, Spatial Analysis

●      VLMs
