Priority System Developer

Job Description:

• Develop processes, triggers, procedures, and advanced reports using SQL and Priority tools.
• Write customized code based on technical specifications provided by the implementation team.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Priority and external systems (API, XML).
• Analyze technical requirements and propose development solutions aligned with system architecture.
• Maintain system versions, including bug fixes, QA testing, and support of existing developments.
• Provide support to end-users and implementation teams in troubleshooting code or performance issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Priority development – mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in SQL – mandatory.
• Previous experience working in real estate companies – strong advantage.
• Experience developing interfaces in Priority and working with APIs – significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of the Priority database structure and ability to analyze complex tables.
• Strong knowledge of ERP processes and high analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools – advantage.
• Experience with the Contractors module (Midatech) – advantage.
• Experience writing technical specification documents – advantage.
• Good technical English skills.

תיאור תפקיד:

• פיתוח תהליכים, טריגרים, פרוצדורות ודוחות מתקדמים בשפת SQL ובכלי Priority.
• כתיבת קוד בהתאמה אישית לפי מסמכי אפיון שהועברו מצוות היישום.
• פיתוח והטמעת ממשקים בין Priority למערכות חיצוניות (API, XML).
• ניתוח דרישות טכנולוגיות והצעת פתרונות פיתוח בהתאם לארכיטקטורת המערכת.
• אחריות על תחזוקת גרסאות, כולל תיקון באגים, ביצוע בדיקות (QA) ותמיכה בפיתוחים קיימים.
• סיוע למשתמשים וצוותי יישום באיתור תקלות הקשורות לקוד או לביצועים.

דרישות:

• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון מעשי בפיתוח במערכת Priority – חובה.
• שליטה טובה בשפת SQL – חובה.
• ניסיון קודם בעבודה בחברות נדל"ן – יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון בפיתוח ממשקים ב-Priority ובשימוש בכלי API – יתרון משמעותי.
• ידע במבנה בסיס הנתונים של Priority ויכולת ניתוח טבלאות מורכבות.
• הבנה תהליכית של מערכות ERP ויכולות ניתוח גבוהות.
• שליטה טובה באקסל; ניסיון בכלי BI – יתרון.
• ניסיון בפיתוח מודול קבלנים של מידעטק – יתרון.
• ניסיון בכתיבת מסמכי אפיון טכניים – יתרון.
• אנגלית טכנית ברמה טובה.
