Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full-cycle placement team (career builders), from training intake through successful job placement and high demand Q goals.
• Develop and drive the strategic direction of the career and placement domain, aligned with company goals and success metrics.
• Establish and nurture employer relationships with leading technology and establish employer relationships with leading technology and high-tech companies, opening doors to career opportunities for our graduates.
• Manage sponsors and stakeholders of placement programs—understand their business needs and maintain high levels of collaboration
• Design and deliver impactful career and placement support content — including workshops, training modules, mentoring, and practical tools for candidate readiness

What are we looking for?

• Proven leadership experience managing a tech-focused recruitment or placement team—mandatory; experience in tech placement is a strong advantage
• Industry relations and partnerships record within the technology/high-tech sector
• Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in recruitment or placement roles within tech companies or specialized tech recruitment firms
• Demonstrated ability to meet placement/recruitment targets—data-driven, KPI-oriented with quantifiable results
• Strong interpersonal and self-management skills, capable of navigating cross-functional collaboration and most importantly- CAN DO APPROACH
