Key Responsibilities:

• Member of the plant’s management team, overseeing all maintenance operations in alignment with production plans and business goals.
• Leading a multidisciplinary maintenance team (electricity, mechanics, infrastructure), including recruitment, training, development, and internal mobility.
• Planning, executing, supervising, and monitoring all maintenance activities.
• Implementing maintenance policies across corrective, preventive, infrastructure, and energy domains.
• Managing energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and optimization processes.
• Overseeing the technical warehouse, including budget responsibility for spare parts procurement.
• Establishing work routines and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing subcontractors in day-to-day operations and special projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing maintenance in an industrial plant, including leading a large professional team – mandatory.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) – mandatory.
• Full command of computer systems, including Office applications – mandatory.
• Experience in the food industry – an advantage.
• Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies – strong advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks independently.
• Strategic thinking and system-wide perspective.
• Proven leadership and team motivation capabilities.
