Senior Data Analyst

Wanted: Senior Data Analyst for a Saas company in the gaming industry at Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time position.

The chosen candidate will work across all teams (Product, Marketing, Economy, Management) and play a critical role in turning data into business impact.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage A/B Testing — Define, plan, launch, and analyze experiments across product, economy, and marketing to drive growth and optimize user experience.

● Product & Business Analysis — Monitor business KPIs, evaluate feature performance, and deliver actionable insights to help achieve company goals.

● Ad Hoc Analyses — Dive deep into data to answer urgent business questions and support decision-making.

● Dashboard Development — Build and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau) to make relevant, real-time data easily accessible to stakeholders.

● Data Storytelling — Distill large, complex analyses into clear, impactful insights and action items that influence company direction.

● KPI Definition & Tracking — Establish and maintain key business metrics, ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of performance.

Job Requirements:

● 4+ years in data analysis, preferably in gaming or a related industry.

● SQL mastery — complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and advanced joins.

● Strong BI skills — experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.

● Strong understanding of A/B testing design and analysis.

● Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify key insights that drive action.

● Ability to work independently, lead projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
