A leading global semiconductor company specializing in the development of Microcontrollers (MCUs), Processors, Analog components, Power Solutions, and Connectivity products, primarily serving the Automotive, Industrial, Infrastructure, and IoT sectors.
The role involves managing a Verification team of approximately 15 engineers (including Team Leads) and overseeing the Verification of Connectivity chips (WiFi, BLE, SoC) using UVM methodology.
Responsibilities include managing the Verification Plan development process and collaborating with various teams to achieve high-quality coverage.
The company is located in Ra’anana and operates under a hybrid work model with two days per week from home.
Requirements:
● BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
● 10+ years of experience in Digital Verification.
● 10+ years of experience with UVM methodology.
● Experience as a Group Manager, including managing Team Leads.
● Experience with Gate-Level Simulations.
● Knowledge and experience in Wireless Connectivity (e.g., WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular) – a plus.
