Retail Marketing Specialist

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Retail Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Herzliya.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support our retail partners across European markets. This role includes creating and coordinating content for retailers’ marketing channels, as well as developing general marketing assets for in-store displays, promotions, and events. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, brief, coordinate, and deploy assets required for brand content across local retail networks, online & offline (digital content, signage, displays, seasonal windows, leaflets).
• Develop retail marketing toolkits that extend seasonal product marketing stories into the stores.
• Execute and guide the go-to-market strategy for new products and promotions at retailers.
• Coordinate & execute marketing requests from retailers and manage joint marketing activations with retailers across channels, ensuring brand alignment and ROI tracking.
• Support the sales team with their needs for sales tools.
• Coordinate consumer shows and events where relevant.
• Monitor digital platforms of the company’s retail network.
• Analytical reporting on activities to inform and optimize future brand projects and toolkits for the retail channel.

Skills & Requirements:

• Previous work experience in retail and/ or marketing, preferably in global consumer goods (companies with strong brand identity), is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the European retail landscape, with a keen interest in trends in retail marketing.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable organizational skills, an ability to multitask, and an enthusiastic hands-on approach to tackling projects.

• Lifestyle-oriented personality.
• Excellent English is a MUST; native-level Spanish is an advantage
