Head of Product - Internal Systems

Job Description

As Head of Product for Wix Internal Systems (IS) you will play a central role in steering the strategic direction and execution of our in-house Wix internal applications. You will be joining our group in a pivotal moment when most of our products are being redesigned and rearchitected, and you will be able to shape the future. In this role you will:

• Shape and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the vision of Wix internal systems, ensuring the rapid development and deployment of scalable and consistent products
• Lead the AI revolution, and build a complete products roadmap, adopting an AI-first approach to all our products
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of product management and UX professionals dedicated to multiple internal products across Wix
• Perform in-depth research and analysis specific to Wix IS to identify current trends and needs
• Lead the product development of multiple impactful internal products across Wix
  
  

• You have a minimum of 8 years of product management experience
• A proven track record in leading and managing successful product teams in a tech-driven environment
• Experience in developing products enhanced by AI, and performing product work with AI
• You are proficient in strategic product planning and execution with the ability to build scalable product strategies
• You’re an excellent communicator who is skilled in working in a multi stakeholder environment
• An experience in building internal products and working with internal stakeholders is an advantage
