We are looking for an outstanding Software Engineer & Team Leader to lead our software team, architecture, and development. 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineering Team Lead, located in Herzliya. The Software Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for :

• Build a team of software developers, lead and inspire them.
• Code.
• Take ownership of software architecture and development.
• Collaborate across disciplines: optics, electronics, algorithms, and hardware.
• Drive innovation in AI, cloud, and data-driven applications.

Qualifications

• A leader who is also an excellent software engineer at heart.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer.
• 3+ years of proven leadership as a team leader.
• Strong software architecture and design experience.
• Background in multidisciplinary systems.
• Advantage: Hands-on experience with embedded systems.
