Senior System Analyst

A leading financial organization is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join its technology team and take a key role in leading complex projects in the financial domain.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business, strategic, and technological analysis - from understanding the needs of the investment and finance departments to translating them into system requirements.
• Write detailed functional and technical specifications, including business processes, rules, and interfaces.
• Oversee and support development teams throughout implementation, including testing and system integration.
• Collaborate with investment managers, risk managers, analysts, and IT teams to implement tailored technological solutions.
• Participate in and lead digital projects, technological innovation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in systems analysis and writing detailed business/technical specifications in the financial sector (banking, credit, investment management).
• Proven experience designing technological architecture for complex, multi-interface projects (online & batch).
• Experience in building technology strategies and turning them into actionable work plans.
• Experience managing complex interfaces.
• Familiarity with financial process-based systems such as Danel.
