A leading financial organization is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join its technology team and take a key role in leading complex projects in the financial domain.

Responsibilities:

Conduct business, strategic, and technological analysis - from understanding the needs of the investment and finance departments to translating them into system requirements.
Write detailed functional and technical specifications, including business processes, rules, and interfaces.
Oversee and support development teams throughout implementation, including testing and system integration.
Collaborate with investment managers, risk managers, analysts, and IT teams to implement tailored technological solutions.
Participate in and lead digital projects, technological innovation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
At least 7 years of experience in systems analysis and writing detailed business/technical specifications in the financial sector (banking, credit, investment management).
Proven experience designing technological architecture for complex, multi-interface projects (online & batch).
Experience in building technology strategies and turning them into actionable work plans.
Experience managing complex interfaces.
Familiarity with financial process-based systems such as Danel.
