Chief Information Officer

For a global, innovation-driven company operating at the intersection of hardware, software, and services. With a multidisciplinary structure spanning R&D, manufacturing, product development, and global operations, we are seeking a dynamic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to shape and lead our global IT strategy.

Lead the company’s IT function, developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals. The CIO will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data, compliance, and innovation – with close integration into manufacturing, hardware, software, and application domains. A key member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will bridge business needs with modern, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a holistic, forward-thinking IT strategy across the organization.
• Lead enterprise IT functions including infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, BI, and data architecture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data protection standards, and security frameworks.
• Act as a strategic partner to manufacturing and R&D teams across hardware, software, and application layers.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary IT teams (infrastructure, support, development).
• Foster partnerships with external vendors, consultants, and technology providers.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and business process improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience leading IT in a complex industrial or tech-driven environment, with at least 7 years in an executive role.
• Proven experience working in multidisciplinary environments that include:
• Hardware manufacturing operations
• Software and application development
• Regulatory compliance (global or industry-specific)
• Information security and risk management
• Deep understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BI, data platforms).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, and infrastructure architecture.
• Demonstrated success in digital transformation and tech innovation projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Relevant academic background – Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.
