Director of Professional Services

Director of Professional Services & Solution Engineering

We are seeking a hands-on, startup-minded leader to build and scale our global Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Onboarding teams. This role is critical in ensuring our enterprise customers gain maximum value from our platform, from pre-sale solution design to seamless onboarding and large-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global teams across Solution Engineering, Professional Services, and Onboarding.
• Design and execute a customer delivery strategy tailored for a fast-growing startup environment.
• Oversee complex enterprise-level implementations, integrations, and onboarding programs.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to create a seamless customer journey from POC through adoption and expansion.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical team, capable of supporting large enterprise customers worldwide.
• Establish operational excellence through KPIs, processes, and best practices while remaining agile in a startup environment.
• Act as an executive sponsor for enterprise customers, ensuring retention, expansion, and delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop revenue opportunities through services and expansion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced startup (must).
• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solution Engineering, or Technical Delivery in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong technical background (integration, APIs, automation, SaaS platforms required).
• Direct experience working with enterprise customers on complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global setting.
• Advantage: Experience with AI-based products and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (advanced degree a plus).
