Network Engineer – Leading High-Tech Company

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, incident resolution, and providing remote and on-site (Israel only) technical support for company users.
• Performing network configuration changes, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Creating and maintaining detailed inventory and documentation of network infrastructure.
• Continuous monitoring of network status, collecting insights, and generating various performance reports.
• Supporting global projects and ongoing tasks in collaboration with cross-organizational IT and infrastructure teams.
• Developing automation processes for global network operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals at the CCNA/CCNP level.
• In-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and topologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment – switches, routers, wireless (enterprise-level and data center environments).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and good collaboration skills.
• Service-oriented mindset when supporting internal customers.
• Ability to lead projects thoroughly and accurately while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for continuous learning and independent professional growth.
• Mobility and ability to reach remote sites when required.

Advantages:

• Knowledge of scripting in Python.
• Experience working with Linux systems.
• Practical experience with Cisco Catalyst Center and SDA.
• Experience with security systems such as SD-WAN, firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet), NAC, VPN.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructures such as AWS and Azure.
