- 5+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering B2B or B2B2C SaaS products
- Experience leading and mentoring other product managers
- Hands-on experience with white-label or highly configurable product solutions
- Demonstrated success in releasing new products from zero to one
- Deep understanding of end-to-end product management processes
- Strong background in customer discovery and turning feedback into actionable insights
- Experience working closely with UX designers, leading discovery and shaping product experiences
- Highly independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience in the aviation or travel tech industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
