The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Event Production Manager who is ready to step up and grow. If you have proven experience running events, managing vendors, and owning budgets—but want the chance to take on bigger projects and more creative freedom—this role is for you.

You’ll work on a wide variety of events all around the world, from VIP experiences and brand activations to multi-day corporate gatherings. This is a role with real ownership: you’ll run logistics end-to-end, work directly with clients, and help shape the creative direction of events that leave a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of event planning and production from start to finish.
• Manage budgets (including large-scale budgets of 500K$+) and invoicing.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Coordinate logistics, branding, and communication.
• Support event marketing and guest engagement strategies.
• Deliver clear updates and reports to senior management.
• Run post-event analysis and feedback to improve future events.
• Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional experience in event production or management.
• Strong vendor and budget management skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• High proficiency digital productivity tools such as Google sheets, Drive, research tools and presentation software capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills and a “can-do” problem-solving mindset.
• Drive to grow into a more senior producer role.
