System Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join our digital team. The role includes responsibility for designing and analyzing business, functional, and technical processes, leading digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement UI/UX for digital platforms.
• Analyze, define, and manage complex business processes in digital environments using Agile methodologies.
• Conduct business, functional, and technical analysis while evaluating multiple solution alternatives.
• Work closely with development, QA, integration, and other technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define and manage features, specifications, and user stories reflecting customer needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end (E2E) processes, from initiation to full implementation, across Web and Mobile applications.
• Define and manage requirements for Web Services and external integrations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a System Analyst in large-scale and complex projects.
• Significant advantage: experience in digital projects (Web & Mobile applications) in large organizations.
• Hands-on experience in writing functional and technical specification documents, defining features, and creating user stories.
• Proven experience working with development, QA, integration, and design teams, as well as business units.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure in dynamic environments with multiple tasks.
• Experience in working with Web Services (design, definition, and integration).
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including work plans, monitoring, and progress control.
• Strong analytical and business-technology analysis skills.
• Background in software development (advantage).
• Experience in designing and analyzing mobile applications.
