Radar Systems Engineer

ELTA’s Airborne Systems Division is looking for a Radar Systems Engineer to join a dynamic, high-impact team developing next-generation radar solutions!

The position includes:

• Define system interfaces with software and hardware teams
• Write system specifications, requirement documents, and test plans
• Lead integration teams and conduct system-level testing in labs and in the field
• Prepare documentation and presentations for design reviews
• Perform platform-level integration and system implementation
• Lead and execute flight testing and analyze test results

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – Required
• M.Sc. in Physics / Math / Exact Sciences / Electronics Engineering – Advantage
• Proven experience in system engineering – Required
• Experience with radar systems – Strong Advantage
• Willingness to work in labs and on-site with extended hours, as needed
• Availability for occasional international travel
