We are seeking for VP R&D

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an R&D organization, including senior engineering managers and team leads.
• Drive development and delivery of AI-driven, cloud-based enterprise solutions at scale.
• Build and nurture a strong leadership layer through mentoring, coaching, and structured growth programs.
• Oversee execution of the product roadmap, including planning, prioritization, budgeting, and delivery.
• Implement and continuously optimize engineering best practices to ensure speed, quality, and innovation.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration across distributed teams.
• Partner with senior leadership, product, and GTM teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Engage directly with strategic enterprise customers and top-tier partners, serving as a technical leader and trusted advisor.
• Represent R&D in executive discussions and contribute to company-wide strategic planning.

Expected Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and leading large-scale, distributed engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing R&D at scale , including second-line managers.
• Proven experience delivering AI-powered or data-intensive enterprise software products.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure), and development practices.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in high-growth tech environments, ideally in VC-backed startups on a scaling journey.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree – an advantage.
