We’re growing – and we’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team! 🚀

What You’ll Do

 🔹 Provide technical support to enterprise customers in networking and cybersecurity

🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1–2 issues across infrastructure and security solutions

🔹Work hands-on with leading technologies from Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, Prisma Access) and Cisco

🔹 Support day-to-day operations (FW, VPN, Endpoint, Proxy, OS)

What We’re Looking For

 ✔️ 2+ years of experience in IT Support / NOC / SOC / Helpdesk

✔️ Strong understanding of network fundamentals (Layer 2 & Layer 3 – switching, VLANs, routing protocols)

✔️ Hands-on experience with NGFW troubleshooting & configuration (must)

✔️ Experience with Windows and/or Linux OS

✔️ Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks products (big plus)

✔️ High-level English, both written and spoken

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory, but a big plus):

✔️CCNA, PCNSA, Security+
