Key Role Purpose:
Lead the marketing communications and digital transformation agenda in Israel.
Managing professional teams, driving 360° campaigns, leading eCommerce growth, and accelerating digital innovation across Go-To-Market units.
Main Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop the Marketing Communications team (digital, influencers, content, media).
- Plan and execute integrated 360° campaigns (online & offline) with agencies, production, and media partners.
- Drive digital transformation in marketing and sales by implementing advanced tools and new work methodologies.
- Manage and optimize eCommerce channels: Quick Commerce, B2B, and omnichannel.
- Analyze performance data, measure ROI, and continuously optimize results.
- Oversee media budgets and strengthen strategic business partnerships.
- Collaborate effectively with local functions and global teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in leading teams and developing talent.
- Strong background in marketing communications, digital channels, and influencer management.
- Solid communication expertise with a data-driven, tech-oriented mindset.
- Experience in leading organizational digital transformation: new tools, change management, and cross-functional processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into digital and technological solutions (BI systems, AI tools, media platforms, measurement models).
- Experience working with global teams and external partners.
- Strategic planning, creativity, and forward-thinking.
- High proficiency in English.
Qualifications:
- Academic degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree – advantage
