What You'll Do

• Develop and lead security strategies, policies, and procedures
• Define and write security requirements for internal and client-facing projects
• Ensure secure architecture across self-developed and business-driven systems
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve security issues
• Participate in steering committees and project meetings
• Integrate risk assessments and compliance into business and technical processes

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience as a cybersecurity specialist
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and threat vectors
• Familiarity with SSDLC, DevSecOps, and cloud environments (a plus)
• Experience with cybersecurity compliance, especially in the financial sector (an advantage)
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
