Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced product manager who can wrangle complexity, charm engineers, and design tools that improve the lives of product development teams.

Our users aren’t your average customers — they’re software pros themselves. They’re a demanding audience, with high expectations. But, they are also fun to work with and for, and appreciate a good tool. Your mission: build professional-grade, AI-powered tools that make their lives easier, their work more efficient, and put the “fun” in “functionality” .

We work with Agentic AI (and if you know how it works, we’ll probably like you instantly). We also build complex, feature-rich visual tools that have to be both powerful and usable — no pressure.

You’ll join a small, tight-knit team where product decisions aren’t handed down from a distant committee — they’re made here, by you, in collaboration with engineers, designers, and leadership.

What you’ll do

• Talk to users (they’ll be just as smart as you are, so bring your A-game).
• Translate feedback into product decisions and detailed specs that engineering will love (or at least not complain about).
• Work closely with developers and designers to build, ship, and iterate on features.
• Shape the roadmap — both the big vision and the small details.
• Keep one eye on the market, one eye on the tech, and one eye on the user. (Yes, that’s three eyes. You’ll manage.)

Must-haves

• 5+ years in product management roles, with demonstrated success shipping complex, professional-grade UI applications
• Strong understanding of software development & design processes
• User-Centric Approach: experience conducting user research, measuring user success, working with professional users
• Ability to translate user needs into precise product requirements
• Working knowledge of Agentic AI or similar AI frameworks (including capabilities, limitations, and integration patterns)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Desire for a fast-moving startup environment where priorities change faster than your morning coffee cools down.
