Role Description
We’re hiring a Product Specialist to sit at the intersection of research and sales. You will be the go‑to expert on our funds, supporting financial advisors with timely, accurate answers; educating our partners through clear, compelling materials; and translating market and advisor feedback into product and go‑to‑market improvements. This is a hands‑on role in a small, growing team—ideal for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, owning outcomes, and wearing multiple hats.
What you’ll do- Advisor support: Support product questions from financial advisors (strategy, managers, terms, fees, performance, pipeline, distributions, risk) with speed and precision.
- Product mastery: Become an expert on our funds and categories (read PPMs/DDQs, track data rooms, monitor manager updates), maintain clean fund facts and comparisons.
- Education & enablement: Create and deliver crisp, fund briefs, FAQs, decks, webinars, short videos—to educate advisors and partners.
- Sales partnership: Equip the commercial team with messaging, objection handling, competitive intel; join key advisor conversations when deeper product expertise is needed.
- Market intelligence: Track category trends, fundraises, and competitor positioning.
- Process & data: Keep CRM notes and product collateral up to date; help standardize how we answer recurring questions.
- Feedback loop: Channel advisor and market feedback to the research/due diligence and product teams to inform fund selection and platform improvements.
- Events & training: Run trainings for advisors and internal teams; support roadshows, conferences, and webinars.
- 3–4+ years in financial markets, alternatives a plus (product specialist/analyst, sales engineering, investment consulting, wealth/AM distribution, or manager research) or a closely related role.
- Strong desire to work with private markets concepts (PE/VC/credit/real assets), fund structures, terms,distributions, and risk/return drivers.
- Excellent communicator—clear writer and confident presenter; able to turn complex topics into simple, advisor‑friendly narratives.
- Analytical and detail‑oriented; comfortable reading PPMs/DDQs and working with performance, benchmarking, and fee models in Excel.
- Proficient with PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides/Canva; experience producing enablement materials and running webinars.
- Comfort operating in a small, fast‑growing company: hands‑on, resourceful, owner mindset, bias to action.
Languages: Strong English required; Strong Hebrew.
