Sheba Medical Center’s Data & Analytics Division defines and executes Sheba’s data strategy, positioning the organization as a world leader in data-driven and AI-powered healthcare.
We are looking for a Clinical Implementation Expert to lead the clinical definition and development of Sheba’s data products.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the design of the medical language within the Data Division, including building standardized hierarchies and unified coding frameworks.
·Provide clinical support in defining solutions to implement Sheba’s data strategy.
·Bridge the clinical context with development and technology teams to realize data solutions.
·Ensure the quality, depth, and value of clinical data.
·Drive the creation of a unified organizational “source of truth” for data.
Requirements:
·Degree in Medicine or Para-Medical Sciences – mandatory
·Proven experience with clinical information systems – mandatory
·Hands-on experience with medical data and data quality improvement – mandatory
·Familiarity with medical semantics – mandatory
·Experience in the healthcare IT industry – advantage
·Experience in defining IT solutions for the medical field – advantage
·Familiarity with medical research – advantage
·Strong technological orientation and ability to quickly learn new systems
·Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, prioritization, and ability to work both independently and in teams
·Professional level of English
