we are seeking a VP Marketing who is both a strategic thinker and an execution oriented.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, thrives in high-scale environments, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

You will be responsible for building and leading the entire marketing functionfrom media buying to creative, analytics, and marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute the company’s user acquisition and growth strategy across multiple channels (Meta, Google, networks, DSPs, etc.).

Lead high-budget media buying operationsoptimize for performance, scale efficiently, and drive measurable ROI.

Develop and manage the full marketing infrastructure: tracking, attribution, analytics, automation, and reporting.

Build, hire, and mentor a top-performing marketing team (UA, Creative, ASO, CRM, etc.)

Collaborate with Product and Data teams to continuously optimize conversion funnels, LTV, and retention.

Roll up your sleeves when neededthis is a hands-on leadership role.

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in large-scale media buying and UA for gaming OR mobile.
• Extensive experience and deep knowledge in the gaming industry
• Deep understanding of marketing tech stack (MMPs, analytics platforms, attribution tools, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• A team player who leads by example and isn’t afraid to dive into the details.
