We’re looking for UiPath Developers at different levels to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity. The work can be remote or onsite, depending on project and client needs.

What You’ll Do

• Automation Development – Design and build scalable, efficient automation solutions using UiPath.
• Client Collaboration – Work directly with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions.
• Testing & Deployment – Ensure automation solutions are tested, reliable, and successfully deployed.
• Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep automation running smoothly.
• Documentation – Maintain clear documentation of processes, design specifications, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on UiPath advancements and suggest enhancements to optimize workflows.
• Team Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with IT, business operations, and project management.

What We’re Looking For

For Juniors

• 1-2 years of experience with UiPath or relevant automation experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Eager to learn and develop in the RPA space.

For Seniors

• 3-5 years of experience in UiPath development, including complex workflows.
• Experience working in a service-oriented environment, engaging with clients.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

For Team Leads

• 5+ years of experience, with leadership responsibilities in automation projects.
• Proven experience managing client expectations and delivering automation solutions.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and frameworks.
• Experience with UiPath methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with web and remote automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a service organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of programming languages like C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Git methodology experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• UiPath certification (highly desirable).
• Experience integrating UiPath with other systems.
• Knowledge of additional UiPath platforms (DU, CM, Integration services).
• Additional programming skills (JavaScript, HTML, Python).
