• Fluent, confident Hebrew — lessons are 100% in Hebrew
• Proven track record — at least 3 years teaching Math at high school level
• Expert knowledge of high school Math, able to explain with clarity and depth
• Emotionally intelligent and highly engaging — you sense anxiety, disconnection, or boredom immediately and know how to respond
• Interactive by default — you don’t lecture at students, you draw them out and keep them thinking
• Reliable and committed — minimum 12 lessons/week
• Two verifiable recommendations from past employers/clients
• Freelance contract
