So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Revenue Controller to join Guardio's finance team.

You will:



• Own and manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.
• Support the company’s revenue operations, ensuring revenue is recognized accurately and in line with contractual terms and accounting standards.
• Provide revenue forecasts and insights in collaboration with FP&A.
• Build and maintain automated billing, revenue tracking, and financial reporting processes.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to align billing logic and revenue recognition with system behavior and commercial terms.
• Manage authorities reporting and support audits and tax compliance processes.
• Optimize the global collections process and strengthen overall cash flow management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for revenue-related matters with auditors, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  
  

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm – high-tech department.
• At least 2 years of experience post-internship in a high-tech company, preferably in startups and SaaS companies.
• Knowledge and experience with US GAAP.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Highly proficient in computer skills, including advanced Excel and Google Sheets capabilities.
• Team player, strong communication skills, and ability to interact with all levels within the organization and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
