What will you do at SuperPlay?:

• Train and iterate on new LoRas to improve quality and output
• Creating new workflows
• Guide and train new 2D artists to use AI tools in their creative workflows
• Experiment and innovate with Generative AI to improve artistic results
• Collaborate with the broader team to integrate AI solutions into the creative process
  
  

• Fit into a Close-Knit Team: You’ll join a small, friendly, and intimate group where collaboration is key. We work together, hang out, and listen to music while getting things done. You should be approachable, fun, and genuinely enjoy being part of a tight-knit team
• Balance Autonomy and Communication: You’ll have a lot of freedom to manage your tasks and workflow, but it’s crucial to know when to ask for guidance or feedback and how to report effectively. Independence is key, but so is staying aligned with team goals
• Be a Perfectionist with Purpose: Your focus will be on refining and perfecting existing tools and processes. You should have a proactive, creative mindset—always seeking ways to improve outcomes—but also know how to prioritize and avoid wasted time
• Show Empathy and Patience: You’ll play a critical role in easing 2D artists into new AI workflows. Some artists may be hesitant to change how they work, so you’ll need to be empathetic, patient, and even humorous to build trust and confidence
  
  

• Proficiency in Generative AI, Automatic1111 (Stable diffusion), ComfyUI and LoRa training techniques.
• Great Interpersonal skills and experience in either teaching or conducting in-person training
• An artistic background or an eye for art quality and aesthetics.
• Strong organizational skills and a "fire and forget" mentality, you get things done without needing to be micromanaged.
• Technical sense for handling AI models and workflows, without requiring developer-level skills
• Proficient in understanding, adapting and using new AI-technologies
