We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead e-commerce website implementations from start to finish – and beyond.

You’ll play a key role in shaping client success while growing within a rapidly scaling company.

What You’ll Do

• Lead e-commerce website projects end-to-end: from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is understood and delivered.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, content)
• Collaborate closely with our Webmaster and Development teams.
• Ensure timely delivery, budget control, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in project management within web and e-commerce environments (must)
• Strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with development teams and assess project risks
• Confident handling of financial aspects — including budget planning, cost tracking, and reporting
• A creative problem-solver with the ability to balance detail-oriented and big-picture thinking
• Proactive, fast learner, with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with the Shopify platform
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and traditional project management methodologies
