Product Manager – Altshuler Shaham Trade

Altshuler Shaham Trade, part of the Altshuler Shaham Group, is an innovative company providing self-directed trading services in selected stock exchanges in Israel and worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our leading team and take ownership of developing and managing products that will transform our clients’ trading experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including writing specifications, managing timelines, and overseeing budgets.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, marketing, and operations teams.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify customer needs.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks in line with business strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager – mandatory.
• Preferably with fintech experience; strong advantage for experience in the trading and capital markets domain.
• In-depth understanding of trading systems, financial products, and technology processes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen.
• Proficiency with relevant tools such as Jira, Figma, Excel, etc.
