Senior Full Stack Engineer

You’ll work in a small, fast-paced environment. You’ll partner closely with the founders and work directly with our Head of Engineering and backend team.

This is a full-stack role with a strong emphasis on front-end ownership, design quality, and product thinking.

Why this role exists

We’re looking for a product-minded engineer to lead our front end, owning the experience end-to-end, shipping quickly, and keeping the platform reliable at production scale. You’ll turn real customer pain points into thoughtful, elegant UI that delivers measurable value.

What you’ll do

• Own the FE: architecture, components/design system, performance, and quality.
• Ship: design and build user-facing features that solve concrete customer problems (problem-first, not engineering-first).
• Instrument & learn: monitor usage; track key metrics such as Time-to-Value (TTV), activation, and retention; turn insights into improvements.
• Collaborate: work with founders, customers, and design partners to shape user-focused solutions; work with the Head of Engineering and BE team to define APIs and E2E flows.
• Raise the bar: bring strong UI/UX taste; review code and designs; champion best practices.

What success looks like (your first 60 days)

• You’ve onboarded, taken ownership of our front-end code and design, and deployed your first front-end feature to production.

Must-haves

• 3+ years building and shipping production web apps.
• Demonstrated experience as a team player.
• working experience to ship high-quality features within a CI/CD workflow.
• Strong with React and Tailwind CSS; comfortable delivering end-to-end integrations (auth, APIs, data flows) and using Git for version control.
• Ability to express product thinking through artifacts (e.g., Figma, Notion, sketches) and turn user stories into clean, usable UI.
• Product mindset: start from the user problem, sweat the details, and measure outcomes.

Nice-to-haves

• UI/UX design background (portfolio or notable examples); huge plus.
• Experience monitoring product/usage metrics; familiarity with analytics tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to ship in days instead of weeks.
• Experience with AI-first SEO or content discoverability strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, task tracking, and iterative delivery.
