So, what’s the role all about?

The Director of Procurement will lead the company’s global procurement organization, shaping strategy and execution across all regions. This role is responsible for building a world-class procurement function that enables innovation, drives cost optimization, ensures compliance, and builds strong supplier partnerships. With a strong emphasis on Cloud and AI solutions, the Director will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and suppliers to accelerate business growth while delivering efficiency and resilience across the supply chain.

How will you make an impact?

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global procurement strategy aligned with business priorities, including Cloud, AI, SaaS, hardware, and professional services.
• Supplier Management: Establish and manage strategic relationships with key technology and services providers, ensuring access to innovation, favorable commercial terms, and reliable performance.
• Category Management: Drive category strategies for Cloud, AI platforms, software licensing, IT infrastructure, and professional services, balancing cost efficiency with scalability and security.
• Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in procurement policies, sourcing, contract management, and compliance across global operations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing global procurement team, fostering collaboration and growth across multiple geographies.
• Business Partnership: Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and business unit leaders to support strategic initiatives, including digital transformation, Cloud migration, and AI adoption.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure supplier risk management, governance, and compliance with global regulations and company standards.
• Innovation Enablement: Leverage supplier partnerships and market insights to bring forward innovative solutions in AI, automation, and Cloud services.
  
  

• 12+ years of progressive procurement and sourcing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a global technology company.
• Proven expertise in managing complex procurement categories such as Cloud, SaaS, AI platforms, and IT services.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost savings, risk reduction, and supplier innovation.
• Experience in scaling procurement operations in a global, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at C-level.
• Knowledge of procurement tools, contract management systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
