RPA Automation Developer for a Leading Enterprise Organization! 5268

We are looking for a talented and experienced RPA Automation Developer to join our team of four (including developers and a team lead).

In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation processes that drive business efficiency and innovation. You will work closely with various stakeholders, applying your deep understanding of business needs to create impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation processes with a deep understanding of customer and business needs.
• Integrate AI capabilities into automation processes.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of developed automations to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing processes, making necessary changes to align with company needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, various IT teams, and business clients.
• Train and support both business and technical teams on the use of automations and provide technical assistance as needed.

Professional Requirements

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as an RPA Developer (UiPath).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field/equivalent course.
• Experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Analytical skills: The ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Problem-solving: The ability to solve complex technical problems and find creative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

Significant Advantages:

• Knowledge and experience with cloud-based AI tools, with a focus on Document Understanding.
• Knowledge and experience with cloud environments, with a focus on AWS.
• Experience with cloud automation solutions like Microsoft Power Automate.
