We are seeking a hands-on software team leader with at least 7+ years of experience, ideally in SaaS/Cyber.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers in designing and developing high-quality and reliable software soltuons.
- Evaluate and review project materials and designs for compliance with guidelines and standards.
- Provide meaningful feedback to improve product quality.
- Assess for and mitigate failure risk.
- Provide mentorship and leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with experience in Cloud, Kubernetes, Networking/Communication, and Protocols.
- Programming skills: Python, Java, Golang, or JS.
- Ability to communicate in both Hebrew and English.
- Proficiency in cloud-based security concepts
- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures and design proposals.
