We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical HR implementor to join our MIS HR group. In this role, you will experience a dynamic work environment where your expertise and collaboration skills are central to daily operations.
Your typical day will include:
· Design, configure, develop, test & deploy technical solutions on Oracle HCM and its modules mostly.
· Translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Your ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is vital.
· Creating custom solutions Vs. out of the box.
· Analyzing KPI’s and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
· Staying up to date with systems releases and new features to identify opportunities for enhancements.
What you’ll bring
To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience with the tech HR ecosystem either in a professional service setting or directly at customer sites as a technical implementer – must!
· Experience in Oracle HCM environment – a big advantage!
· Excellent communication skills in a global environment – must!
