Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to join a global EdTech company at a key moment of expansion. This is a full-time remote role. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends. The individual will also be responsible for enhancing brand presence, engaging with the online community, and driving customer acquisition and retention efforts.

• Develop and execute Muscle and Motion’s marketing strategy across apps, courses, and B2B solutions.
• Manage and coordinate freelancers/agencies (PPC, SEO).
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital campaigns.
• Manage our email marketing, social media, and SEO/paid funnels.
• Align marketing efforts with product launches, sales, and company goals.
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (EdTech, SaaS, or fitness industry a plus).
• Strategic thinking and experience in developing marketing strategies.
• Strong track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
• Data-driven, creative, and highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills in English. (Must)
• Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
