What You Will Be Doing

Campaigns & Demand Generation

• Create and execute targeted regional marketing programs for Emerging markets Region (Israel, Middle East, South Africa, Eastern Europe) to drive demand generation and pipeline creation, including field events, account-based marketing, webinars, executive programs, trade-shows, and multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, content syndication, ABM platforms).
• Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness.
• Help measure and analyze impact of programs on sales cycles; contribute updates to weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success.
• Work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to new content creation with a distributed marketing team.
  
  

Event Execution

• Deliver strong end-to-end event execution, including logistics, budget management, staffing, swag, speaker coordination, and agenda development.
• Help plan Elastic’s participation in external industry events, providing feedback and execution support.
• Manage post-event follow up, including email communications, lead list uploads, and ensuring leads are routed correctly for sales follow-up.
  
  

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with sales, alliances, and field leadership to ensure programs support account and regional goals.
• Track, measure, and analyse the impact of programs on pipeline, sales cycles, and ROI; contribute updates to weekly reports and monthly dashboards.
• Monitor, report, and communicate the status of regional marketing campaigns and events to marketing and sales leadership.
• Participate in sales calls and meetings to understand sales goals and priorities.

• Stay current with technology and marketing trends to inspire new approaches.
• Contribute creative program ideas that can scale across audiences and geographies.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in regional marketing, field marketing, event management, or digital campaign delivery.
• Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns and events that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline impact.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Comfortable with reporting and using data to influence decisions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Splash, Zoom, Allocadia, NetSuite).
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew is required. Additional languages are a plus.
• Travel to programs as needed, approximately 20–25% of the time.
