Cloud Cybersecurity Specialist

Join one of Israel’s leading insurance companies and take a key role in securing cloud infrastructure at scale. As a Cloud Cybersecurity Specialist, you’ll work within the Technology Division, ensuring the protection, visibility, and control of cloud environments across Azure and AWS platforms.

This is a hands-on position focused on monitoring, automation, incident response, and continuous improvement of security controls across complex cloud ecosystems.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct security reviews and audits for cloud components in Azure/AWS
• Develop and maintain alerts using Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)
• Build automations and playbooks in SOAR systems (e.g., XSOAR)
• Deploy and manage cloud security products
• Continuously monitor and enhance cloud security controls based on best practices
• Analyze cyber intelligence reports and apply relevant findings to the cloud environment
• Respond to tier 3 cloud security incidents
• Perform threat hunting activities in cloud environments
• Lead POCs for new cloud-related technologies

Requirements:

• Experience working with AWS cloud environments, specifically in monitoring and control system implementation or general cloud infrastructure roles- Must
• Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance- Must
• Hands-on experience writing KQL queries for security rule creation- Must
• Experience working in a cloud security team- Advantage
• Experience operating or writing playbooks in a SOAR platform (e.g., XSOAR/Demisto)- Advantage
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK for cloud environments- Advantage
• Awareness of current cloud security threats and trends- Advantage
