We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to take charge of key Web projects within our digital department.

🔹 What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a development team – both technically and managerially

Be actively involved in development and code reviews

Promote a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence

Collaborate closely with project managers, QA, infrastructure, and senior management

🔹 Requirements:

Relevant academic degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering / Business with software background) – must

5–7 years of hands-on development experience – must

3+ years of experience leading teams or projects – must

Proficiency with Figma – must

Full command of Jira – must

Strong expertise in Git – must

Proven experience mentoring dev teams and performing code reviews – must

Advanced knowledge of React, including Redux and TypeScript – must

Solid experience with C# and .NET Core – must

Experience with Unit Testing

Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s)

Understanding of performance optimization and code efficiency
