Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role combines sales support, social media engagement, and operational management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, assist with client communication, support social media marketing efforts, and help coordinate trip logistics and office operations.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist in managing client communications, proposals, and follow-ups
• Track leads, opportunities, and client pipelines in CRM
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and pitch materials
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for sales activities

Social Media & Marketing

• Manage content calendar across multiple social platforms
• Support in creating engaging content (text, visuals, reels, stories)
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports

Operational Management

• Assist with project coordination and event logistics
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and partners
• Ensure smooth execution of internal and client-facing operations
• Provide administrative support (contracts, invoices, schedules)
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal); Hebrew a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Experience in sales support, marketing, or project coordination preferred
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Self-starter with ability to take initiative and problem-solve
