Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist should have experience in the mid and large business market, campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement. The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the global marketing team, including Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Events, and Global Communications, to drive omnichannel campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute local and global marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and demand generation while ensuring deadlines are met
• Manage campaign-related projects, including coordinating global rollouts and aligning launch communications with regional needs
• Oversee simultaneous regional campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment
• Secure and manage resources, executing marketing funnel activities such as email marketing, online events, digital campaigns, and social media
• Track project performance using key KPIs and optimize as needed
• Build strong relationships and integrate processes across internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain and enhance departmental process documentation, developing new workflows as needed
• Work with Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel to analyze and report on campaign performance
• Manage email campaigns in Marketo, measuring and optimizing engagement
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management
• Strong project management experience, including application rollouts for sales and marketing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Project Management certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with marketing technologies, content management systems, web, advertising, e-commerce platforms, BI tools, and agile work tools like Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Marketo
• Experience in executing partner and customer communications
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
• Ability to work across multiple time zones (Asia to the US)
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to gather feedback
• Adaptability to work with diverse skill sets, from technical to strategic roles
• Agile project management skills with strong planning and organizational abilities
• Self-starter, team player, and proactive communicator
• Knowledge of the backup, disaster recovery, and security market is a plus
