Public Investment Fund in Tel Aviv is Hiring – Fund Controller

A leading public investment fund in Tel Aviv is looking for a Fund Controller to join our finance team in a diverse and challenging role, offering learning opportunities, professional growth, and career advancement.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare quarterly financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead the preparation of annual tax reports and other statutory requirements.
• Take a key role in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll bureau.
• Work closely with the legal department on tasks related to the company’s public status.
• Develop and monitor internal controls, policies, and workflows across the company.
• Play a significant part in building and analyzing budgets – Planned vs. Actual.
• Act as the main point of contact for external and internal auditors.
• Maintain company books and analyze financial transactions.
• Support the Director of Finance in day-to-day and strategic financial operations.
• Communicate on an ongoing basis with international entities regarding foreign subsidiaries held by the fund.

Requirements:

• CPA with Big 5 experience.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in IFRS and public company reporting.
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority – advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with solid business understanding.
• Experience in auditing infrastructure companies.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English – both written and spoken.
