This is an independent, challenging, and highly impactful role, focused on sourcing top-tier candidates for executive and C-level positions within leading organizations.
What will you be doing?
- Advanced sourcing and high-level networking for executive roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews and meetings with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Support candidates through complex, long-term recruitment processes
- Participate in on-site and off-site meetings and executive interviews
- Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism and trust at every stage
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment - must
- Previous experience recruiting for senior/executive roles - advantage
- Proven expertise in advanced sourcing and networking
- Strong English proficiency - must
- Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
