We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive innovation and excellence in our digital department.

This role requires integrity, transparency in leadership, high personal accountability, strong commitment to success, and the ability to track, monitor, and serve as a role model for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop web projects within the digital department.
Manage and mentor a team while fostering an innovative tech culture.
Collaborate closely with project managers, QA managers, infrastructure managers, developers, and senior leadership.

Requirements:

Relevant degree – Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management with software background – mandatory.
5+ years of development experience – mandatory.
3+ years of management/project leadership experience – mandatory.
Proven experience with FIGMA – mandatory.
Strong command of JIRA – mandatory.
Extensive knowledge of Git – mandatory.
Experience mentoring development teams and conducting Code Reviews – mandatory.
Ability to work in a multi-tasking, high-pressure environment.
Strong expertise in React, including advanced libraries such as TypeScript and Redux.
Solid experience with C# server-side development, especially .NET Core – mandatory.
Experience with Unit Testing – advantage.
Experience with Kubernetes (K8S) – advantage.
Strong understanding of code optimization and performance tuning.
