We are seeking an innovative, user-focused Senior Trading Product Manager to spearhead the UI/UX experience for our platform. This pivotal role will define and deliver key features that significantly enhance user trading engagement, conversion, and satisfaction. This pivotal role will define and deliver key features that significantly enhance user trading engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically lead UI/UX initiatives to elevate user trading engagement and differentiate eToro's product in the market. 
• End-to-end ownership of the Trading Front End product aspects, ensuring seamless execution through cross-functional collaboration. 
• Define and manage the Front End user experience for various product offerings, aligning with the overall product roadmap.
• Champion experimentation and A/B testing ('Growth initiatives') to optimize user flows and drive conversion.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, continuously measuring, optimizing, and improving the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to successfully launch features and continuously iterate on the product.
• Initiate and conduct comprehensive user research to identify key pain points and translate them into data-driven product solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX, preferably within B2C fintech or high-growth tech environments."
• Proven experience delivering impactful products in retail trading applications is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in launching and iterating on complex products, coupled with strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and influence diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert-level understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, with practical experience using design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Genuine passion for fintech and trading, combined with a highly analytical and deeply user-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated experience in consumer product design and successful product launches within a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on trading experience
