Project Manager – Digital Department

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business requirements and processes for digital and automation services in the insurance domain.
• Write business and functional specifications, as well as technical specifications.
• Work closely with software vendors and development teams.
• Plan and lead projects with development teams and business units, with full responsibility for project implementation.
• Manage all aspects of the project, including schedule, scope, risk management, and change management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive digital initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management – advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing IT projects in the insurance industry – mandatory.
• Experience with project management software – strong advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL databases – advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of service orientation.
